ASTRA ATHLETICA RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

At Astra Athletica, we take pride in our reputation and quality and want you to be 100% happy with your order! We also understand that it is not a perfect world. If you are not happy with your order, our friendly customer support will be happy to assist you.

We offer an exchange or a store credit (issued as a Gift Card) for store item(s) in cases where you are unhappy with the item(s) that you received or the fit is incorrect, providing the following conditions:

  • The item(s) are returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging and with all tags still intact
  • The item(s) have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • Notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the item(s)
  • The item(s) must be shipped back to us within the return period of 14 days from the date of delivery or they will not be accepted
  • Return shipping must be by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Astra Athletica takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries
  • Clearance and Final Sale items will not be eligible for any exchange or return

Shipping costs for all exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.

HOW CAN I CONTACT ASTRA ATHLETICA TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • Subject: RETURNS / Order Number (found on your order confirmation or invoice) 
  • Order Number 
  • Full Name

  • A brief description of why you are not happy with your product 
  • Applicable images of item(s) you have received that are incorrect or faulty

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

When the warehouse receives your item(s) we will send you an email confirmation. Your exchange will then be processed and your new item(s) will be shipped to you via standard shipping rates. You will receive an email notification when your item has been shipped.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our business, Astra Athletica doesn’t offer refunds. However, what we would offer is an exchange or store credit (issued as a Gift Card) based on meeting the requirements for an exchange or store credit listed above.

If you receive a store credit for a returned item that included "Free Shipping", the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit. This amount is determined according to the shipping rates from your location.

HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

Store credits are issued as a Gift Card and can be entered at the checkout. 

EXCEPTIONS:

  • If an order is received with any item(s) missing, we will refund the price paid for the missing item(s)
  • If an order is received with any faulty item(s) and this item is no longer available, we will provide a store credit or refund upon receiving the faulty item(s) back

I’VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email Astra Athletica immediately and attach photos showcasing the damage.

I’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?

We apologize if you've received the wrong order. Please contact Astra Athletica immediately so we can resolve this issue.

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

Astra Athletica currently uses Canada Post.
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. 
*Please Note: We will not be responsible for failed delivery due to no one being available to accept the parcel upon delivery, loss of parcel during transit or change of address causing a failed delivery.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE SHIPPED.
